The idea
What do black cabs have that Uber
doesn’t? History and charm.
Hackney Carriages are London. They’ve lived through World Wars, Royal Weddings, Protests, Terrorist attacks, Brexit, Coronations, Pandemics - and they’ve seen break-ups, make-ups, runners and celebs.
The Knowledge is an unedited collection of stories as told by taxi drivers, spanning hundreds of years.
